“I booked a Japanese Head Spa and it was absolutely amazing! The scalp massage, warm water flow, and soothing techniques melted away all my stress. My hair and scalp felt so refreshed, and I’ve never been so relaxed. Pietro gave me the most soothing head spa while Desiree worked her magic with a hot stone massage at the same time. The combination was heavenly—I could feel the stress melt away from head to toe. They were both so professional and attentive, and I left feeling completely renewed. My hair felt like silk afterward, making the experience even more amazing. Cielo Spa and the Japanese Head Spa are highly recommended. I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time visiting the salon. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the place is super clean. The owner, her daughter and son are very is a very nice and attentive. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! 10/10

This salon is the definition of making you feel like you're with family. Not only are they extremely skilled and very polite, they are also accommodating, understanding, and such a pleasure to be around! A little over a year ago I just so happened to stumble into their salon. I instantly fell in love and refuse to go anywhere else. I'm pretty sure I would even follow them back to Italy haha! I highly recommend this place!

Cielo hair and spa is amazing!! I had highlight and balayage done and I do not regret it. My hair is healthy and well taken care off. Love the ladies here as well. Great people and great environment! 9/17/2022 I just came back for my regular touch up, and decided for Desiree to do a gel manicure, and I am very happy with her service-love it!!

First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. I’ll be back for other services and to continue as a regular. My hair feels so healthy looks so shiny it’s so smooth. Words can’t describe how happy I am. Highly recommend CIELO HAIR & SPA

I had a whole experience at Cielos !! Everything was out this world. The owner is full joy and I can’t not express the way her staff(children) treated me the whole experience. This is a family own salon and their business is amazing. Pietro took care of me the entire experience. He is a lovely young gentleman full of talent. His sister came along and show off her professionalism as well. I’m beyond impressed with this amazing salon. My expectations went out of limits. I felt relax the whole time. They have hands of goddess and their energy is just so pure. Please do not hesitate to book with Cielo , you will not be disappointed. I had my hair restored from damage(color, treatment, haircut and style) . My eyebrows were terribly out of shape, do to a previous incorrectly shaping, but the owners daughter did magic to properly correct it so it can grow back better. My experience for the Halo massage 💆‍♀️ was just something else you can called it more like spiritual healing massage, meanwhile you get scalp/facial/neck massage you are getting your feet and legs hot stones massage at the same time. I repeat they have hands of goddess!!! I definitely left like a brand new person inside and out when I left. Thank you Cielo Salon and their staff ! Shout out to the best salon in Lakeland and all central Florida !!!!!!… They definitely care about their clients and give all their hearts out !!. BOOK BOOk NOW ! Ps: They offer refreshers Coffee Tea Wine And snacks 🤗❤️

HEAVENLY!!!! I cannot praise them enough! Fantastic service, great atmosphere. This is my first time at Cielo and have to say it has been a unique experience. Pietro has awesome hands, his scalp massage is FANTASTIC! Giulya is the BEST! She KNOWS HAIR! Got an overview of my hair type etc. She matched the hair color I wanted perfectly! Her hands are heavenly! I'm 66 years old and can honestly say this is the greatest experience I've EVER had in a hair salon. I would have to write a mini book about my experience here at CIELO SPA. I HIGHLY recommend you experience it for yourselves, you won't regret it and if your mind you'll thank me! Hands down best place, very down to earth family, you'll feel loved and cared for.

Today was my first visit to Cielo Hair & Spa, and I left genuinely moved. I’ve been to many salons, but I’ve never experienced one that felt so intentionally welcoming, like stepping into a home created by people who truly care about the energy of their space. Giulya, Pietro, and Desiree made me feel immediately comfortable. They offered the loveliest flower tea, carried warm and engaging conversation, and created an atmosphere where it was easy to relax and be myself. What impressed me most was the blend of professionalism and heart. Every gesture felt thoughtful, confident, and done with pride. There’s a level of attention here that doesn’t happen by accident. The Italian spirit of the salon feels completely natural. It isn’t just in the music or the décor; it comes through in the warmth of the people, the easy cheerfulness in the room, and the sense that life is meant to be enjoyed. Cielo has a pulse, and you can feel the vision and joy behind it. I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

Went for first time to Cielo for a haircut today and was looking for a style that could give me a refreshed new look. They exceeded my expectations ! Giulya is an artist and using the skills with her scissors and her many years experience in the business of European fashion and style, she created a soft modern style, that I was hoping for. She is caring and talented, she’s passionate about her work. No same old hair style ! She asked me about what I was thinking of and she then worked her gifts to create something that I would like. Her son , Pietro gave me a superb shampoo and scalp massage before Giulya did my cut. Family owned and staffed, Cielo Hair Spa is an experience to cherish; being served by such delightful , talented and professional people. I will definitely return and, I will highly recommend to everyone

5 stars is simply not enough for Cielo Hair & Spa!! I cannot recommend Cielo Hair and Spa enough. This place is truly amazing! I was able to make a same-day consultation and appointment to color correct my hair after a previous salon over-bleached me, leaving me with multiple uneven colors. I came in feeling nervous and hesitant from that experience, but the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. The salon itself is beautiful, and Giulya, the lovely owner, along with her son, made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Giulya even told me, “You will leave here happy!” and she was absolutely right. Pietro gave me a scalp massage and wash like I have never experienced before, walking me through every step of the process. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and it was clear how much they value their clients. I have been to multiple spas and salons, and honestly, this one is in a league of its own. There is no comparison. Giulya is a true expert in her craft, and Pietro’s professionalism and care made the experience so intentional and relaxing. The chocolate and espresso service was such a sweet touch. I have never had better service anywhere. The results of my hair are stunning and feel so healthy, and I am beyond happy. If you are looking for a salon where the staff are kind, skilled, and genuinely care about your experience, Cielo Hair and Spa is it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
